GB Cart Drawer & Upsells ("the app") helps Shopify merchants display a customizable cart drawer on their storefront. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.
The app accesses the store configuration you set in the app (cart design and settings) and anonymous cart/usage events (such as cart opens and add-on or upsell interactions) that are used only to show you analytics inside the app. The app requests the read_products and write_products scopes to display products in the cart and to manage the optional add-on line items (gift wrap and shipping protection).
The app does not collect, store, or sell customer personal data (such as names, emails, or addresses). Analytics are based on anonymous, aggregated events only.
We do not share, sell, or rent data to third parties. Data is stored securely and used solely to operate the app for your store.
We honor Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. When a store uninstalls the app or requests deletion, the associated app data is removed.
App configuration and anonymous analytics are retained while the app is installed. When the app is uninstalled and the shop-redact webhook is received, the store's app data is deleted.
